«City inside of city» will be constructed in Dubai

Developers Company Meraas Development will construct new city in Dubai. The estimated cost of the project makes $95 billion
Multipurpose project Jumeirah Gardens is conceived as “city inside of city”. Its realization will last for 12 years.
Into structure of the project business and residential buildings, and also entertaining institutions will enter. Besides, creation of the water channel which will divide Jumeirah Gardens on two parts is planned.
Earlier it was informed other company Nakheel has declared intention to construct tower Nakheel Tower, which height would exceed 1 kilometer.
