Merrill Lynch: Asian real estate market will soon get recovered
17 October 2008Investment bank Merrill Lynch, which is in process of sale of the actives of corporation Bank of America, has informed on engagement of $2,65 billion, which will be invested in the market of the real estate of Asia.
Means will be got from investors from Northern America, the Europe, Asia and the countries of the Near East.
This money will be used for creation of fund Asian Real Estate Opportunity, which will invest in all sectors of the market of the real estate of Asia.
Japan, China, South Korea and India, and also Australia and the countries of Southeast Asia were chosen as the priority directions.
According to the chapter of one of departments Merrill Lynch, in long-term prospect the real estate of Asia market will possess “excellent potential”.
