The number of buyers of the real estate in England has reached record-breaking low level
13 January 2008The number of primary buyers of the real estate in England has reached to record-breaking low level for last three decades: such low parameters were not observed since 1980. And in comparison with 2002 sales volumes in the market have decreased on 44 %.
As real estate experts prove now it is the first time that thirty-year old people, instead of twenty year old buy real estate in Britain and them, more likely, will get an apartment, than the standard house. Such houses already became an inaccessible kind of the real estate in 70 % of cities (in 2002 - only in 11 % of cities).
The average price which British people pay for the new house, has grown on 15 % (175,093 thousand pounds sterling, or $347 thousand) in comparison with parameters of 2002 (95,994 thousand pounds, or $66,7 thousand).
In experts’ opinion it will be impossible to overcome crisis without external help, so, many people are looking forward to help from governments and require resolute credit measures from it.
