Moscow: sales boom is back
12 February 2008The rise in prices on the real estate objects in January has made 5 %. The level of sales has even exceeded monthly average parameters more than in 2 times and has made 866 transactions on purchase of apartments by physical persons.
By quantity of sales, as well as the last month, the new buildings are in the lead. The Great demand, in comparison with December, is being kept for one-room apartments (39 %), two- and three-room apartments- 29 % and 23 % accordingly.
In the beginning of year the share of the clients, taken advantage of hypothec crediting for purchase of a new building has increased. So, 35 % from total amount of sales were necessary on transactions with additional means attraction.
January, unlike December, for which splash in consumer activity is traditionally characteristic, has never differed by great demand for goods and services. Despite of it, sales volumes of this month have twice exceeded monthly average parameters of the last year.
