Newspaper House will be constructed in London
3 March 2008Karen Janody and her colleagues from company Creative City, who can’t stand a lot of the use newspapers in streets of London, have decided to construct house of them. Thus they are going to show the degree of waste.
As it has become known, the skeleton of Newspaper House in Gillett Square Hackney in the East London will become the first demonstration of waste in the city. Then they will invite the inhabitants of capital to come together with the read through newspapers and to construct Newspaper House.
The action will be prolonged from March, 3 till March, 8th. After that the skeleton will be taken away, and the turned out construction will stand on the place within day and then will go for processing.
Fund Calouste Gulbenkian has allocated15 thousand pounds sterling (nearby $30 thousand) for carrying out of the action, which will subsequently move to other cities of Britain.
