Crisis has not come to the end yet

20 March 2008

Despite of active actions of Federal Reserve System financial crisis has not come to the end yet. Such opinion has been expressed by many FRS experts.
It is obvious that problems which the USA is facing now are the inevitable consequence of unacceptable “bubble” in real estate sector.
It is rather serious problem. FRS is continuing to take measures, more emergency in certain respects, than all what were accepted in the past to cope with financial crisis that causes some questions.
Earlier FRS has given more than half billion dollars into financial system and has started new programs of crediting and has taken other measures to help the banks injured with credit crisis.
It has also helped to organize sale of the investment bank Bear Stearns, which faced serious problems with liquidity, to larger bank JPMorgan.
