The prices for real estate in Czech Republic are continuing to grow
8 December 2007This year prices for apartments in Czech Republic grew with much faster rates, than it has been expected.
In the beginning of this year experts predicted, that the maximal rise in prices will make 10 %, however, according to Czech real estate agencies association, in some cities of the country the rise in prices has made some tens percent.
The highest rates of prices growth are observed in Prague, averaging 2-2,5 thousand euro for one square meter. The price of elite habitation can reach a point of 5 thousand euro for one square meter. However, on suburbs of city it is possible to find an apartment in panel houses for 80 thousand euro.
Now private houses near Prague can be bought at the price of 1,38 thousand euro for one square meter.
