Real estate in Bulgaria promptly rises in price
5 April 2008During the first three months of current year the prices for various types of the real estate in Sofia have grown on the average on 10-17 %.
In opinion of Industry Watch analysts, the given growth is, first of all, connected with demand from solvent citizens of the country and insufficient volume of the offer in the market of city.
It is expected, that the rise in prices in Sofia will proceed within all year and to its end it will reach a mark at least in 20 %.
Last year the average price of one square meter in capital of Bulgaria made 835 euros.
