Commercial real estate rent in Moscow: last data
7 April 2008Experts of company RRG mark, that stable growth of average rent rates in a segment of the commercial real estate is being observed during several months in Moscow.
So, the average rent rate for the commercial real estate in March has grown on 5 % and already makes $948 for one square meter a year. However, and here, as in a situation with a rise in prices of sale, sharp jump in the beginning of March and followed for it stabilization and some decrease in parameters was observed.
Thus the number of the capital premises offered to tenancy, by results of monitoring RRG, almost on 25 % exceeds number of the premises offered to sale.
Concerning March level of average rent rates in trading objects, in the center this parameter was established at the level of $2,044 thousand for one square meter a year (that is absolutely insignificant, it is just on 0,7 %, below, than in February), and outside the center the price has reached a mark in $1,057 thousand, that is almost on 8 % above February parameter.
In connection with rent rates offices of the center of Moscow almost stood on a place - in March the prices made $1,37 thousand for one square meter a year against $1,38 thousand a year in February. And here rates on periphery of city have risen and have reached from a February parameter in $745 in a year up to March in $836.
The rent rates for industrial-warehouse within the limits of capital have also risen on 6 %: since $274 for one square meter a year in the end of winter up to $290 in the beginning of spring.
