Slow prices’ reduction has begun
21 April 2008During all April experts of the company Agent 002 have been observing decrease in growth of cost of square meter on all segments. On their data, the market of new buildings already for the second week continues to show slow depreciation of square meter in the economy class segment, on the average on 0,4 % successively.
However, on last week’s results the average price of square meter in the secondary market of Moscow has grown on 0,6 %, having added $33 more. Now cost of square meter is fixed at the level of $5467 per one square meter.
As to new buildings, on results of a week the price of square meter in economy class segment makes $3860, in business class segment - $6546. Cost of square meter of the elite real estate has grown on 1,4 % that makes $16 686. The offer in business class segment has a little increased and makes 932 objects. Considerably decrease in the offer was observed on elite apartments - 6,3 % (952 objects).
Experts mark that the price for apartments in Moscow suburbs continue to grow: the price for one square meter has risen in price on 1,3 % in the secondary market and on 1,4 % in new buildings segment.
