New York: elite habitation promptly rises in price
24 April 2008Despite of economic recession in the USA, the prices for the real estate in Manhattan have grown on 41 % in the first quarter of this year.
According to Association of agents of the real estate of New York Real Estate Board of New York, demand for habitation of “lux” class in New York remains high. On the average the private apartment house on Manhattan costs $1,6 million, in comparison with $1,1 million in the past to year.
Meanwhile, in other areas of New York prices for the real estate have gone on recession.
On the average cost of habitation in city has risen on 28 %, basically owing to Manhattan, where they have grown on 3 % in comparison with the last year.
