The index of hypothec crediting has sharply grown in the USA
11 May 2008The index of submission of applications for hypothec credits in the USA has sharply grown last week. Savings and Loan Association has informed on it.
Within the week the index of Mortgage Bankers Association, which has come to the end on May, 2nd, has grown (in view of seasonal fluctuations) on 15,6 % up to 655,4 items.
The cost of 30-year hypothec credits with the fixed rate has decreased on 0,1 percentage items up to 5,91 % annually.
