Data about real estate construction in the USA inspire the constrained optimism

In April, 2008, volume of new houses construction in the USA has grown on 8,2 % in comparison with the last month - up to 1,03 million units. Such data results in the report the Ministry of Trade of the USA. Experts predicted that this parameter would make 940 thousand units.
Parameter of April, 2008, n comparison with a parameter for April, 2007, has decreased on 30,6 %. Thus, on the reconsidered data, the volume of construction of new houses in the USA in March of current year has reduced to 13,8 % (earlier it was informed, that falling made 11,9 %).
