Prices for apartments in Moscow: last data
30 May 2008Last week experts from the analytical center “Real estate market indicators” have once again has confirmed that with approach of May the rise in prices on the real estate in Moscow continues to slow down.
So, the gain of the Moscow value index of the habitation, has made 0,7 % and it cant be compared with rates of a rise in price of the apartments, which took place within the first months of this year.
Thus, analysts mark, present increase of cost of square meter has in many respects residual character, which it is naturally enough for the inert real estate market. Experience of stagnation in 2004, which has also started to develop after May holidays, show that the residual rise in prices can be prolonged up to the end of June - the beginning of July, however it in many respects will be already formal increase of price lists by sellers.
According to the analytical center, for the last week cost of the “bad” panel apartment in Moscow has grown on 0,8 % and has made $5,302 thousand for one square meter. The price for the modern panel has increased on 0,5 % ($5,512 thousand for one square meter). The modern monolith-brick apartments have risen in price on 0,9 % up to $5,961 thousand for one square meter.
