Forthcoming sales of houses in the USA have decreased on 1 %
2 June 2008In March, 2008, the volume of forthcoming sales of houses in the USA has decreased on 1 %. On it the report of Realtors’ national association testifies.
In February, 2008, this parameter on the reconsidered data has decreased on 2,8 %, whereas it was originally informed on decrease on 1,9 %.
Usually the forthcoming sales are those sales, on which the contract is signed, but the transaction is not completed yet. Usually sale is carried out within one-two months after the signing of the contract.
The index of forthcoming sales counted by Association in March, 2008, has decreased to 83 items, against the reconsidered value in 83,8 items, fixed in February. Earlier it was informed, that in January value of index has made 84,6 items.
The analysts expected that the index would decrease on 1 %.
