USA: the share of hypothecary credits’ defaults has reached its record point
9 December 2007Association of savings and loan associations the share of hypothecary credits, on which the process of deprivation of the right of the repayment of the mortgage has been carried out, has grown up to the record maximum in the third quarter of 2007. Share of hypothecary credits by all kinds of credits have accelerated process of loss of the right of the incorporated property repayment. According to Association of savings and loan assvation of mortgage repayment has been started on 1,65 % of loans, that is on 0,29 basic items above, than the in last quarter and on 0,64 basic items more, than in the third quarter of 2006. The share of delays of hypothecary credits payments has grown up to a 9-year maximum.
