			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last Thursday largest listed property company in Austria, Immoeast AG, has declared about the losses, caused by depreciation of belonging to it real estate objects in Central and the East Europe.<br />
During the second quarter of current year pure losses of the company have made 53,6 million euro, or-6 cents from one share, in comparison with profit at the rate of 98,1 million euro, or +13 cents per share, received for the similar period of the last year.<br />
In a view of given circumstances Immoeast has decided to concentrate the attention on growing economies of the Balkan region and former USSR republics. Now half of all actives of the company are located in Romania, Bulgaria, Russia and Ukraine.</p>
